Meet Gypsy – she is a filly from our Breeding Program in for a nice easy start under saddle.

Working on having Gypsy go out at all 3 gaits, and being comfortable with pressure in front of her nose – and handling rearing.

Tacking Gypsy up and how to deal with bucking when tacked.
Week 2 – Part 1 ( – Desensitization One the Saddle
Making sure that Gypsy is accepting of pressure on her sides and on her back, as well as movement and noises above her before getting on.
Week 2 – Part 2 (13:48) – First Ride – Round Pen
Getting on Gypsy for the first time and getting her first ride in.
Week 3 (20:29) – Adding More Responsibilities Under Saddle – Round Pen
Building up the expectations undersaddle and teaching Gypsy new skills.

Working on building confidence and responsibility undersaddle at the jog.
