We “rescued” Raya from a rough spot – she was approximately 140lbs underweight when we got her and was suffering from protein deficiency. She had contracted tendons and swollen joints. We have nursed her back to help and she has gained over 180lbs since coming to us and the swelling has gone away in her joints, she still has some mobility issues that we hope will correct with time.
